You can pay for your online transactions using:

  • Cash Pickup
    Cash is available to collect instantly. It will be available for collection on next day if created after banking hours, weekdays and public holidays.
  • Bank Deposits
    Bank Deposit delivery timescales vary per country but are usually credited within 1 - 2 business days. In case of incorrect bank details, it may incur additional delays.

To place the transaction, you need to Login your account and follow these simple steps::

  • Choose Destination Country
  • Select payout option i.e. Cash Pick up or Bank Deposit
  • Select payout location
  • Enter amount
  • Create or choose Beneficiary
  • Create or choose Bank details
  • Select payment method
  • Select sending reason
  • Confirm the Payment

We may acquire any of the following documents as proof of identity for a transfer::

Proof of ID

  • Colored picture of passport
  • Colored picture of driving license
  • Colored picture of National ID card of Canada

Proof of address

  • Utility bill
  • Bank statement
  • Bank letter

Proof of funds: As per declared Source

If you are sending money using a Debit card or Credit card, then mostly transactions are completed in minutes.

If you are sending money using Interac e-Transfer, then mostly transactions are completed within an hour.

Note: Following factors may also affect delivery times::

  • Accuracy of Information (both your personal data and beneficiary details)
  • Difference in time- zones
  • Operational working hours (unavailability of banks on weekends and local holidays)
  • Additional information needs to be collected from you to ensure the security and safety of your transaction
  • Uncontrollable circumstances, such as a rare instance of downtime affecting one of our business partners

On our app, you can check the transaction status in “My Transaction” option.

On our website, click on “Tracker” option from the header and enter your transaction code to check the status.

If you wish to cancel a transaction you have made, please follow the following steps:

  • Please Login to your ACE account and go to My Transactions.
  • Click on the transaction you want to cancel and scroll down.
  • Click on “Request Cancellation” and submit after entering the reason of cancellation

ACE Money Transfer is an online portal so that you can send money online - Cash is not being facilitated at all.

For payment collection, the receiver needs to provide the following details::

  • Transaction number (also known as payment number, PIN or pin code)
  • Beneficiary’s valid National ID Card of the destination country

If you are transferring money to a bank account, you may be asked to provide the following details for the successful processing of a bank deposit transaction.

  • IBAN
    The International Bank Account Number is used in many countries around the world. The IBAN consists of alphanumeric characters, varying in length as per financial institution.
  • BIC (or SWIFT)
    The Bank Identifier Code (sometimes called SWIFT) is either 8 or 11 digits long that includes numbers and letters.

You may access your account by using the password reset feature on the Login page. Click on “Forgot Password” and enter your registered email address. You’ll receive the verification code on your registered email address to reset the password.
